About the Founder

Cindy Liss Picado is a successful Business Woman and has strategically set herself to be an Investor, Speaker, Business & Life Coach and also a NLP Master Practitioner. Cindy is the author of the upcoming book 'How to Build your 6 Figure Dream Business' and the co-author of the Book 'Abundant Life'.

Her mission is to empower and support Female coaches and professionals set goals that are aligned to their personal and business values which fast track their performance to 6 Figure dream business or beyond.

Biggest mission is to help Start Up Female Coaches Implement Business Strategies with Confidence.

How Did She Start?

Retail Management was her first career love. Cindy had leadership roles for almost 14 years which gave her a strong life and business foundation of values, such as, Responsibility, Motivation, Results Driven and High performing team development.

It was almost 2 years of working on very specific and driven outcomes in self development where she found an immense love and passion for her own next layer possibilities. She believes strongly in self investment as the best life ROI. She decided to immerse herself in Mastery University with Tony Robbins and received her first actual coaching experience for 6 month with the TR team.

Fell in total admiration and respect with the potential in coaching. She enrolled in other programs that Tony and Dean offered. She has stepped in her calling and mission.

Cindy is also a faith based entrepreneur. She has been learning from Life on Fire since 2020 which is a faith based movement where she has been awarded two Kingdom Impact Awards for 5 Figure and 6 Figures results.

With the unstoppable belief of her power, in 2022 she applied to Australia's best and most expensive mastermind that Richmond Dinh and Tony Kaye run. When she was accepted she developed a higher commitment to be a successful coach for her clients and future clients. She is around 6, 7 and 8 figure coaches where it gives her the pleasure to quote Jim Rohn: “You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with.” She is part of other high level programs as her commitment is to bring the best and right strategies to her female clients. Cindy is a multiple 6 figure coach now and all started with a clear vision.
